Refund & Cancellation Policy for Work Hard Drivers – Driver On Hire

  1. Cancellation Fees
    You may cancel a driver-service booking via the Work Hard Drivers mobile app or website. A cancellation fee of ₹ 50 will be debited from your Work Hard Drivers wallet.

  2. Refund Credit Method
    Unless you specify otherwise at the time of cancellation, any refundable amount will default to your Work Hard Drivers wallet. If you prefer the refund to go back to your original payment source, please choose that option during cancellation (where available).

  3. Requesting a Wallet Refund
    If an amount has been debited from your Work Hard Drivers wallet in error, email info@workharddrivers.com with the transaction details and reason for the refund request.

    • Once validated, we will credit the amount back to your wallet.

    • Regulatory norms classify our wallet as a closed wallet; therefore, balances generally cannot be transferred back to your bank account.

  4. Erroneous Loads / Reloads
    If you inadvertently load or reload funds into your wallet, submit a written request (email above). On verification, we will refund those funds to the same source from which they were received.

  5. Processing Time
    Valid refunds are processed within 7 – 20 business days. Delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or force-majeure events are beyond our control; Work Hard Drivers bears no liability for such third-party delays.
